SAM run config validation thinks input is invalid

Describe the bug Even though both input and AWS credentials are provided, the run config validation thinks there is no input provided

To reproduce

  1. New run config with no credentials are input
  2. Apply input from template
  3. Set credentials in run config tab
  4. Observe that the run config is invalid, and if we switch back to the function input, it is now empty
