Opting in/out of EAPs should be easy

We should expose the user's subscription channel in the AWS preferences page. Switching should take care of modifying the Plugin Repository settings for them

There are no EAP versions listed on https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/24255-aws-core/versions/eap, the list is the same as for https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/24255-aws-core/versions/stable. How do I install them?

https://github.com/aws/aws-toolkit-jetbrains/issues/3976 talks about a separate plugin repository for EAP versions, but when I click that link the only listed versions are those I also see on https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/24255-aws-core/versions/stable.

I am looking for a plugin version supporting InjelliJ 2024.2 EAP.
