Open Shell doesn't work (window open then close immediately)

I have configured the key pairs and I can Open the shell, but the shell close immediately after, I'm on Debian 9 and eclipse Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a) Build id: 20180405-1200 .

The configuration of the external Tools of the AWS Toolkit is as follows:

Terminal: /usr/bin/gnome-terminal
SSH Client: /usr/bin/ssh
SSH Options: -o CheckHostIP=no -o TCPKeepAlive=yes -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o ServerAliveInterval=120 -o ServerAliveCountMax=100
SSH-User: ec2-user 

The gnome terminal log into /var/log/messages : ay 16 12:36:58 Alessio-PC gnome-terminal-[27329]: Couldn't register with accessibility bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

In addition I would like to ask why the Open Shell cannot open directly the internal eclipse Shell (Terminal TM plugin)
