Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the task for ECRPushImage@1 is only compatible with Docker images, and not OCI artifacts (e.g. Helm Charts). It should be possible for the task to support this functionality.

Please support OCI artifact push as per pushing a helm chart

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Running the ECR commands manually in a script task (this is my current workaround).
