identitystore ListUsersCommand Filters is not documented correctly

Describe the issue

Filters is deprecated in the identitystore API. This is not reflect in the documentation in the parameter description, It is only documented in the top of the page. It will be clearer if it was documented under the parameter description. For your considerations. Thanks
