"/etc/pki/nginx/nginx-acm.conf" missing from AMI "ACM-For-Nitro-Enclaves....."

The stanza path configured in /etc/nitro_enclaves/acm.yaml no longer exists "/etc/pki/nginx/nginx-acm.conf" This used to exist and worked fine until few days ago

the file and path is automatically generated on nitro-enclaves-acm start so that doesn't feel like an issue, is there one ?
