Add CLI help documentation and fix documentation spelling

Description of changes: This pull-request has no functional changes. It only provides cleanup for the Amazon.Lambda.TestTool projects related to newly added --host parameter (cf PR #1253), including:

  • Add CLI help documentation for --host parameter (forgot it, my bad)
  • Fixed documentation typo and format

Hi @normj, I'm proposing this PR as I realized that version 0.2.14 of Amazon.Lambda.TestTool do not include CLI help documentation for newly added --host parameter. I forgot it, my bad.
