Disabled module bundling: auth-devicecert, auth-jwt, command

The bundling of auth-devicecert, auth-jwt and command modules was disabled in https://github.com/aws/aws-connected-device-framework/pull/156 due to build failures that were blocking the Node18 upgrade. These build failures should be resolved in order to normally build these modules again.
