Description of changes: Within the aws-cli folder, I created a folder called assets containing an image of the logo I used in the readme. I added a table of contents to the readme to make it easier for users to read and improve clarity. I also added a section called About to include the existing content. I increased the height of the themes because they were previously too small, which made everything cluttered and difficult to read. With the changes I made, the new readme will be clearer, more efficient, and easier to read for those viewing the cited content.

Regarding the update, I didn't touch any code within the project, just added the assets folder with a note and the image. Regarding the Readme, the links are 100% working, but this time with more content and clarity. I'm grateful for being able to contribute to Amazon and you who help people. ❤️
