Add support for 'AWS::CloudFormation::ModuleVersion' resource to 'aws cloudformation package' command

Describe the solution you'd like
The CloudFormation resource AWS::CloudFormation::ModuleVersion includes a ModulePackage property that could be supported by the package command.
ModulePackage is a s3 location of a zip file, bundling a CloudFormation module's schema.json and /fragments/*.yml files.
These files could be uploaded by the aws cloudformation package command.
