Describe the feature

I would like to be able to use an access point instead of specifying a destinationBucket for BucketDeployment

Use Case

Requested by customer where company policy prevents direct access to S3 buckets (D46701589)

Proposed Solution

Would require modifications to custom resource, or new custom resource altogether
