Add comprehensive RFC writing and review guides to help contributors and reviewers create and evaluate high-quality RFCs.

These guides provide:

  • Best practices for writing RFCs with proper structure and depth
  • Quality indicators and red flags for reviewing RFCs
  • Concrete examples of excellent and poor RFCs
  • Checklists for both authors and reviewers

The guides are based on analysis of successful and unsuccessful RFCs in the repository and aim to improve the overall quality and consistency of the RFC process.
