[Feature Request] Support Opensearch Serverless as Data Source type

Amazon OpenSearch Service has launched a serverless (AOSS) version in January, we want to migrate our existing AOS clusters into serverless version to further reduce maintenance costs.

We have roughly 500 out of 800 resolvers making use of AOS Data Source, it would be great if AppSync supports it out of the box.

+1 please add serverless opensearch collections asap, its a very good integration to compliment Opensearch

+1 I was made sad when I found that while openSearch domains have an appsync dataSource type, openSearchServerless collections do not.
