any news on this ? currently if we want to integrate it we have to use api destination witch cost 0.20$ per million

eventbrige targets should have an option to send direct api calls to apprunner, like they do with lambda , I use apprunner to host one of my microservice because I need no coldstart (it's a sentence transformer model) , I use eventbridge pipes to pipe dynamodb streams to eventbridge and then eventbridge targets to multiple microservices.
