Make AppRunner available in the eu-central-1 region

Tell us about your request What do you want us to build? I would like to be able to use App Runner in the eu-central-1 region. All of my infrastructure and customers are currently based in this region and I want to avoid inter-region costs as much as possible wherever I can.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative is moving to an AppRunner supported region, but that's not doable due to the many infrastructure to move, just to use App Runner. So the current alternative is sticking with ECS for now.

Is there any update or ETA? We have clients that require us to use that region exclusively for running their services.

Our company is mainly active in Germany. Therefore, we restricted to the region eu-central-1. AWS App Runner would be a great fit for our services. Are there any efforts in the near future to support this feature in the region eu-central-1.

It seems that App Runner has been available in eu-central-1 since a couple of days!

Yeah I checked it also in the AWS console. I can choose App Runner now in the eu-central-1 region. That's amazing! Thanks @matteocontrini for the hint.
