Tell us about your request My request is App Runner could be set as the forwarding destination for ALB listener rules, similar the EC2 target group could be selectable as the forwarding destination.

I am aware that this is a complexity because App Runner implicitly includes the LB itself. But this feature is a slightly helpful when migrating from an existing ECS task to App Runner.

Describe alternatives you've considered App Runner could be a CloudFront target. I guess it's possible to use that and use Route53 weighted records to swap between the two environments (ECS/AppRunner).
