Fix directory names with leading spaces

Issue:

This PR fixes directory names that contained leading spaces, which caused navigation and usability issues for users. Several directories in the repository had leading spaces in their names:

• ml_ops (3 leading spaces)
• responsible_ai (2 leading spaces)
• archived (1 leading space)
• And others...

Description of changes:

• Removed leading spaces from all affected directory names
• Preserved all content and internal structure

Testing done:

• [x] Verified all directories are accessible with standard cd commands
• [x] Confirmed tab completion works properly
• [x] Tested that notebooks and examples still function
• [x] Checked that no content was lost or modified
