fix: use <%matplotlib inline> to display bar plots in studio notebooks

Description of changes:

use magic line function %matplotlib inline to show the pandas bar plots in studio notebooks.

Testing done:

Tested the https://github.com/aws/amazon-sagemaker-examples/blob/main/sagemaker_processing/fairness_and_explainability/ notebooks in us-east-1 and us-west-1 regions. plots are displayed correctly

Note: this PR doesn’t introduce any new spelling/grammar errors. so I am ignoring the codebuild failures
