VideoPriorityBasedPolicy.chooseRemoteVideoSources throws error on Safari

What happened and what did you expect to happen?

Hello!

On Safari 16.1 - 16.3 an error is raised when trying to change the priorities of VideoPriorityBasedPolicy.

Other versions might be affected too.

Everything is fine for Safari 16.6, Firefox and Chrome.

Reproduction steps

1. Join a meeting that has a couple of attendees with camera on
2. Call chooseRemoteVideoSources to change the priorities of the videos.
