Shared connection lost during Chime service

What happened and what did you expect to happen?

Video reception failed due to disconnection while using the chime service.

@dohdohYang 2.12 is very old version. Have you considered update to the latest 2.30+ or 3.x? Also could you give us some steps to reproduce or the specific error you encountered (or browser console log)? The connection failed can be caused by various issue so need to narrow it down more.
