What do you want us to build?

Which Amazon Chime SDK or feature area is this request for? I would like you to add a Meeting readiness checker to the IOS and Android native SDK. This will be used to perform quick network checks before we start the Chime video call.

Tell us about the problem you are trying to solve and why is it hard?

Today we might ping a server but we don't have a good solution for network and connectivity checks prior to the video call

How are you currently solving a problem?

No solution.

Additional context

This API exists for JS SDK, Please also implement it in Android and IOS SDKs.
