[FEATURE REQUEST] Inject Background Processor in BackgroundReplacementProvider

Hi Team, As per our requirements, we want to monitor CPU utilization on the BackgroundProvider processor. To achieve the same, we need to attach the observers on the processor not being injected in the context of BackgroundProvider.
