The solution deployment is failing in Israel(Tel Aviv) Region "il-central-1" Version: 2.1.3 Released: 12/2023

Israel is not a supported region. We have a full list of supported regions here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/solutions/latest/workload-discovery-on-aws/supported-aws-regions.html.

Unfortunately, until this region has support for the AppSync service then it won't be possible to deploy the solution.
