Cant see S3 buckets costs

Describe the bug Costs for S3 buckets show $0 on diagram, not matter the date. If you query by arn, it shows $0 also.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'AWS Perspective portal'
2. Click on 'Resources/Types/S3/Buckets'
3. See the cost $0 independently of date range

Expected behavior See cost of S3 buckets on diagram.
