Firefox Specific: Adding a second question to an already existing questions gives an error

Expected Behavior

Adding a secondary question will succeed when a question is edited

Actual Behavior

Error is thrown and question is not added

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Edit an existing question
2. Add a second question
3. Save the edit
