Increase bot answers characters limit above 8000

Describe the feature you'd like Bot answers have no characters restrictions.

Additional context I saw the previous bug where it was mentioned that this 8000 characters limit exists due to the fact that Alexa and Lex are enforcing it, but the official LEX documentation does not specify anything about such a quota.

Hi @cristianbuta, thanks for the report and sorry for the delay in responding.

I've added this into the backlog for the team to investigate why the 8k limit was selected and to investigate what the implications of increasing this limit may be. There may have been other considerations besides just lex/alexa such as lambda payload sizes, env size restrictions etc.
