Client: Handling Errors, Fulfillment Lambda Shows Success

When interacting with the Web Client, there are handling errors that don't appear when responding via text, or when integrated with Connect.

Further, Fulfillment Lambda Cloudwatch logs appear to be fulfilling successfully. Any insight on how to track down this error would be appreciated.

One thought I had on this relates to the lex-web-ui, which I believe QNA bot is using. Could be the source of the issue?
