Enable Rekognition Custom Labels as a workflow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Today MIE leverages Rekognition Video, however, for applications where custom labels are needed, this has to be built outside MIE.

Describe the feature you'd like Create a workflow that leverages Rekognition custom labels within MIE. And enable converting a video file (example .mp4) into frames or images.

As a general purpose framework, MIE needs to be decoupled from any particular workflow definition. Workflow definitions therefore need to be in a separate repo. A better place for this issue is the Content Analysis applciation since it includes workflows, so I'm going to go ahead and move this issue over there.

Although, the second part of your question, relating to converting videos into frames or images, sounds like an operator which could be part of MIE. (MIE includes operators, but not workflows.). Might be better to create an issue in the MIE repo for thsoe specifically.
