Service Log: ELB logs should be specified as ALB

Describe the issue

The document shows that CLO support ELB logs ingestions, while actually CLO only support Application Load Balancer in ELB. (ELB contains ALB, NLB, GLB, CLB). The documentation should indicate that only ALB is supported, and not use the vague description of ELB. It would be better if the documentation could state why other types of ELB are not supported.
