An option to create dashboard after the log pipeline being provisioned
Describe the feature
Currently, the build-in dashboard can only be created when creating the log analytics pipelines. I am expecting to have an option to recreate the dashboard if the dashboard is not created when creating the pipeline.
Use Case
Use Case 1: Sometimes the Log Hub receives a 403 error when creating the index template and dashboard when creating the pipelines. This option will allow customers to recreate one.
Use Case 2: I did not create the dashboard at the beginning, but want to have one later.
