Support specify the maximum concurrency of Lambda processor

Describe the feature

During the peak time, the log volume may boost, thus there may create large volume of requests to OpenSearch. The boost of requests may overwhelm OpenSearch cluster.

Need a default value of Lambda processor max concurrency, and allow customers to adjust if needed.

Use Case

Adjust concurrency of Lambda processor.
