Allow to configure Retention on CloudWatch LogGroups created by solution

Describe the feature

Currently solution creates CloudWatch LogGroups with Never expire retention. I'd like to be able to override that retention to several months/years.

Use Case

I need this feature to reduce costs on CloudWatch, I don't need solution logs indefinitely, but just for a couple of month to be able to troubleshoot if so happen.
