Please provide some guidance in F.A.Q. / Documentation / Release Notes of how migration to newer version is supposed to happen

Describe the issue

It is currently not clear to me how can I upgrade my deployment of centralized-logging-with-opensearch.

Should I completely uninstall the deployment first? Or should I just apply newer cloud formation stack version (can I update this way to major 2.0.0 version or only minor ones)?

I currently have v1.0.1 deployed and would like to upgrade, but cannot find any documentation/guidance on this topic.
