Increase CodeBuild TImeout

We recently encountered an issue with our CFCT pipeline where the Custom-Control-Tower-StackSet-CodeBuild exceeded the default build timeout of 45 minutes. At present, it appears that this timeout value cannot be modified.

Describe the feature you'd like

We would like the ability to adjust the build timeout value to better accommodate longer build processes.
