Describe the bug CodeCommit is no longer available to new customers as of July 25, 2024. Remove all references to CodeCommit everywhere.

To Reproduce Deploy the template in a new org with CodeCommit as the source, it will fail.

Expected behavior Expect AWS services required to deploy this solution to be available.
