Service-Managed or Self-Managed election on Stacksets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Service-Managed stacksets should be supported on the deployments to organizational units. When an OU is defined as target for Stackset deployment, an account list is generated based on the immediate accounts under that OU (doesn´t follow nested OU)

Describe the feature you'd like A selector on manifest.yml to choose between service-managed and self-managed stacksets. Also, the possibility to choose enable or disabling automatic deployments.
