Fix Python: lambda-function-sqs-report-batch-item-failures

There are some code errors so here are some suggested fixes.

• The example SQS Batch python code errors when running:

[ERROR] Runtime.UserCodeSyntaxError: Syntax error in module 'app': expected an indented block after 'try' statement on line 10 (app.py, line 12)

The try block does not include actual code, only a comment. Added a line to log message processing.
