Sample Videos Not Working

When I try to run the command ./kvs_gstreamer_file_uploader_sample Demonstrate /sample-video/package.mp4 date +%s

It generates an error as [ERROR] kvs_gstreamer_file_uploader_sample : File start time is not a valid number.
