Stop Compute Fleet Spinning

Stop Compute Fleet (from the Edit dialogue) never stops spinning even after the cluster stops.

I couldn't reproduce the bug.

After a suggestion from my colleague I was able to reproduce the bug, initially it wasn't clear to me where the bug was. I can confirm the bug is still present and is now tracked in our board.
