More details about data preprocessing

Hi, I am so much interested in this work, however, I found no preprocessing logic from raw TAPE dataset to the input csv file which contains columns called "primary" "structure_path" "split", is it possible to public more details on these files. In case I wish to use LM-GVP as one of my baseline methods.
