CloudFormation should follow AWS Style Guide

There is an AWS CloudFormation style guide (can find it internally to AWS) for CloudFormation templates. Since this product(s) is customer facing, we should really try to have it follow our style guide.

Which Cloudformation components are you referring to? There are a lot of moving pieces between the Cloud9 spin-up and the standard EKS Cloudformation.
