Remediation Fails

I'm not entirely sure what the difference is here. Remediation on Linux instances, regardless of size, complete successfully. Attempted remediation on Windows instances generally fails. The process will shut down the instances, create the snapshot, create a new encrypted volume, and then attach it. However, for some reason, the detachebs volume process will run again and detach the encrypted volume.
