This PR supports a blogpost that leverages AWS Step Functions, Amazon Rekognition and Elemental MediaConvert.

It has passed sam validate --lint sam validate --lint /Users/xyz/VSCProjects/aws-stepfunctions-examples/sam/app-video-segment-detection-and-edition/template.yaml is a valid SAM Template

It has been tested succesfully in us-east-1

It needs to get published by April 12th if possible. Earlier is ok as well.
