[Workshop] Create a new branch and instructions

Currently thinking on 2 levels of workshop: Assisted and hardcore.

Assisted

• Provide front-end using mock data
• Provide snippets that could be used to solve implementation details
• Provide bonus activities one could take to build practical knowledge
• Provide explanation as to what good looks like in each module

Hardcore

• Provide front-end using mock data
• Provide contracts as to how services should be built e.g. input/output
• Provide user stories to guide implementation
• Provide sample as to what a good final solution would look like

Hardcore would be more valuable for seasoned developers while Assisted would be more inline with self-paced labs.
