This should be closed once it's clear how to deploy back-end only from a developer's laptop (no CI involved).

  • Create dev target in Makefile: make dev
  • Instructions to retrieve Stripe Private Key
  • Document steps necessary to run amplify CLI to push back-end only
  • Instructions to seed data to dev environment
