Proposal: add Terraform support

Summary

I am proposing to add Terraform support to this project, next to the already existing solutions. Potential benefits:

• Make the project accessible to developers who mainly use Terraform or are mostly familiar with Terraform;
• Create a finished example that can be used as point of reference in conversations around how to integrate Terraform with AWS;
