test: Add Aurora + RSS integ test

Description of changes:

• Migrate AWS batch to use Fargate to speed up starting the hosts
• Add aurora workspace lifecycle intest test (add RSS and query it)
• Fixed RSS processing, the document type was passed incorrectly ({"S": "text/html"} instead of "text/html")
