What is the outcome that you are trying to reach?

Current URLS to download Starkent snapshots have to be checked and configured before each deployment. New set of URLs were created to automatically point to the latest version for the snapshots available.

Need to change snapshot download script in Starkent blueprint to use new URLs by default:

Mainnet: https://juno-snapshots.nethermind.dev/files/mainnet/latest Sepolia: https://juno-snapshots.nethermind.dev/files/sepolia/latest
