Feature request: Adding Prompt Management examples

With the Preview launch of Bedrock Prompt Management, it would be great to have these new features covered under the Bedrock workshop. I would propose that we add the following examples:

• Notebook showing how to use Prompt Manager with Prompt Flows (it could reuse this example or this other example)
• Notebook showing how to use Prompt Manager with Langchain
