key is not present on bastion host

The public key for ssh access is not loaded on the bastion host to be used to ssh over to the wordpress servers. So in order to ssh over, you have to build the keyfile on the bastion host and then specify it when you do the ssh.

I'd recommend changing the documentation on both steps 3 and 5 starting on page 23 to make this clearer. Also note that ssh is not working at all due to incorrect security groups caused by issue #17
